One of my personal core values is EXCELLENCE.

I strive for it in everything I do.

I put all my focus into giving it everything I got with every decision I make.

To be outstanding with everything I touch.

This is not a brag, and I don’t bat 100%.

But it’s an attitude.

An attitude towards…

• Going all in on every opportunity that aligns

• Serving others without asking for anything in return

• Loving my family unconditionally and being in the moment

• Working hard and thinking outside the box to solve a problem

• Creating value and building a legacy towards success and happiness

I make plenty of mistakes, have failed a million times, and am definitely not perfect.

However, I always find the time to reflect.

Reflecting on your experiences is a self-awareness practice that brings EXCELLENCE to the forefront as you continue to learn how to get better.

Approach every day with an attitude of EXCELLENCE…

…and you’ll find an abundance of opportunity that comes your way.

EXCELLENCE comes with a lot of effort and consistency.

It requires precision.

It requires follow through.

It requires the drive for greatness.

It requires doing more than what is asked.

It requires dedication, preparation, and confidence.

It requires embracing failure and challenging yourself on purpose.

It requires an awareness in yourself, your environment, and those around you.

Pay attention to what’s going on in your world and put yourself in spots to be successful.

Find opportunities to make an impact by creating them for yourself.

You can’t be lazy when you’re striving for EXCELLENCE.

It’s not about being perfect.

It’s about being the best version of yourself and setting the expectation that you will finish the job and finish it well no matter what.

It’s about giving a shit and going for it.
