When you wake up, do you sometimes already feel stressed or anxious about the day?
Perhaps, events that occurred yesterday are consuming your mind today and bogging you down?
Do you ever feel just a little disorganized running through the day and, by night time, you have no idea what you even did?
Did the above hit home? Well…let me fill you in a little SECRET…
ME TOOOO!!!! 🤦♂️
At least it used too… I’ve gotten much better at being mindful, preparing for my day, and focusing on the positives instead of the negatives.
But it didn’t just happen over night. 🌃
First, I had to start building good HABITS into my daily life. Little baby 👶 step changes and build them one or two at a time…
Having big goals and dreams is great, but I realized that you cannot get anywhere without the right systems and processes in place to achieve progress day in and day out.
With the right systems, processes, and habits in place the goal no longer exists.
You will still SUCCEED. 👊
This is the MINDSET SHIFT. 🤯

I developed a DAILY HABIT into my life for over a year now and have built the tools to track it.
It has exponentially made me a better, happier, and more driven person than I have ever been and now I want to share it with you!
Soooo….
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I am an acronym junkie, so there was no other way, I could have named this. P.O.W.E.R. is of course an acronym. 😆
Let me break it down for ya…
AM
P = Purpose. Define It. We talk about this a lot in the OPPO FLOW Mindset, defining your Purpose as a whole (you can reference the foundational writeup by going back to 👉 FLIGHT #002). However, this is your short term 24 hour purpose. Start your day asking yourself these questions.
What do I want to accomplish today?
How do I want to be?
What are my intentions?
THROUGHOUT
O = Opportunity. Recognize them. Opportunity is everywhere, you just need to find, create, and recognize them. Think about each opportunity that comes your way that can help you in the future. Take immediate action on them if it aligns.
W = Wins. Count your Successes. Most us only look at the bad things that happened throughout the day. It bogs us down and robs us of all the positive things that occurred. Often times, one negative things that happens, completely eliminates ALL of the good that happened. Stack your WINS and build habits for the future.
E = Education. Seek Knowledge. Be open to new things and listen intently. You’ll be surprised how much you can learn and grow, just by asking questions and then listening to the response. When someone is speaking, take notes and dive into something they said even further later in the day. Find new knowledge to fuel your brain.
Also, STOP being mean to yourself.
You’re doing GREAT! Learn from your daily experiences, good or bad, and find new things about yourself. What did you learn personally that you’re capable of? Challenge yourself on purpose and be okay with the result.
You‘ll either Win or Learn. 😊

R = Reflection. Rate the Day. As you settle in to bed, this is your opportunity to reflect on your day. Write down your thoughts and gratitude.
Rate it. 1-10. Not quite a 10? 🤔
What can you do to be better tomorrow? Did you improve from yesterday?
Reflect on all the OPPORTUNITIES, WINS, and EDUCATION you experienced today.
Remember, to focus on developing your systems and processes, not just your goals.
The achievement of your goals is temporary, but with the right habits you’ll experience continual achievements along the way.
So there you have it… The DAILY P.O.W.E.R. 💥
