ASPIRE: verb

Last week, I went to the ASPIRE event in Phoenix.

It was a jam packed, full day of inspiration, networking, actionable ideas, and strategies to implement right away.

The speaker lineup was incredible.

Here are my takeaways from each of the speakers… The only one I missed was Mr. Wonderful, Kevin O’Leary, but I would imagine he was just as amazing as all the others!

H.O.P.E. stands for Help One Person Everyday. If you want to help others, but you’re too afraid to put yourself out there in the world, you’re worried about the wrong thing. You’re not sharing content for you and who cares what you look like. You’re doing it for the other person seeing your message that you could have helped that day. You can’t help anybody if they don’t know who you are.

Legends are legends because of their will to win. Their will to be the best is unmatched and even with potentially less skill than others, they always come out on top.

Money is a game and you need to learn how to play. Most people are afraid to lose what they already have, so they don’t move their money around strategically. The wealthiest people learn from each other, talk strategy for creating, keeping, and protecting their money.

Five phase of business:

  1. Startup: Grit, determination, and will power to get off the ground

  2. Perseverance: The grind through growth

  3. Viability: Find and fix potential issues

  4. Scalability: Grow quickly with a solid foundation

  5. Succession: Develop leaders to operate the business without you

A revelation leads to conviction. You need to know that you know that you know. Expect to break out and change not only your future, but your entire family’s as well.

The Avocado Analogy. When people buy an avocado, 80% of them let it go bad, 19% of them eat it, and 1% plant the seed for more avocados. With creative financing in real estate investing, you can be the 1%.

Millions of baby boomers are retiring every year and will be for the next 10-15 years. There will be too many small businesses that will shut their doors due to lack of buyers, but seller financing is a way to acquire a business without getting banks involved or large amounts of capital up front. The seller is paid with the cash flow from that business.

In business, hire smarter people than you, pay them well, and give them autonomy to do their jobs. There will always be obstacles and you can only control your own efforts and mindset. Build resilience and accept all challenges for what they are, then move on.

Everyone has a personal brand. Whether you are on social media or not, people have opinions about you. Are you going to control the narrative or let them dictate the perception? Build your personal brand and be authentic.

🤯 THE MINDSET SHIFT 🤯

So often, we spend all of our time investing in others, and while that is important, you can’t forget about yourself.

If you want to continue bringing value to your clients, customers, family, or anyone else, you must find the time for personal growth and experience.

Attending events, conferences, and workshops bring amazing ideas and opportunities.

They are opportunities to help grow others around you.

They are opportunities to meet and network with like-minded individuals.

They are opportunities for a pivotal moment that will potentially change your life.

Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there and challenge yourself on purpose.

You don’t even have to tell anyone you’re going.

I didn’t, but now I’m sharing with you.
