WIT: noun

an acronym that stands for “Whatever It Takes”

Everyday provides fresh opportunities to succeed.

Same goes for the same amount of opportunities to fail.

One day you think you’re offering all the right things and paving the right path towards success, only to find out the next day things didn’t go as planned.

So what are you going to do?

Quit?

Curveballs flying in, when you were expecting fastballs.

You gain some traction…

…then fall back three or four steps.

Often times from things out of your control.

Or from trying new things to see what works.

Does that mean you’re giving up?

Are you done?

Success rewards those that power through.

It rewards those who have a WIT attitude.

WIT.

“Whatever It Takes”

🤯 THE MINDSET SHIFT 🤯

WIT is about going above and beyond, following through, because all of your achievements are on the other side.

It’s about pushing the limits while doing the right thing.

It’s doing the hard stuff, when you don’t want to, and knowing that you’ll become stronger, as you learn and grow.

As a leader, having a WIT attitude means you’d never ask someone to do something you wouldn’t, or already have done, yourself.

It means showing up for your team and being there with them during the fight.

It means being accountable, and understanding the vision and goals set forth to accomplish your team’s success.

As a team member, having a WIT attitude means you’d take care of any issue that comes your way, and if you’re not sure, you’d ask for help, or figure it out.

You wouldn’t be quick to pass off or give up on the problem.

You’d be the one to find the solution.

But it also means the right solution for a positive impact.

You’re not just doing the bare minimum to resolve and move on…

…but instead thinking outside the box and putting in extra effort for a smoother road ahead for everyone involved now and into the future.

WIT means jumping in wherever needed, no questions asked, and without complaints.

Things don’t always go right, and they’re not always fun, but how you respond and your attitude is what matters.

If you’re a leader without WIT, you won’t be leading for long.

If you’re an team member without WIT, your leaders will find someone else.

Success requires A players.

And A players earn what they want.

Because of their attitude.

Because WIT.

Is it hard? Yes

Is it exhausting? Yes

Do you question why? Yes

But you do it, because you care.

You care about your loyalty.

You care about your work ethic.

You care about what you stand for.

And you do it because…

Having a WIT attitude…

…is what keeps you going…

…to reach the stars.
