Leverage. Use Your Knowledge, Experiences, and Network to Guide You.

Your NETWORK is your NET WORTH. 

Relationships are the most consistent source of meaning in our lives and work.  

• Are these the people that are lifting you up and pushing you to be better?

• Do they Know, Like, and Trust you?

• Do they support your ideas and offer constructive feedback when asked for it?

If you answered NO to those questions, take a serious look at who you hang around. 

Developing solid relationships and partnerships provides undeniable LEVERAGE over those who go at it alone. 

Not saying the lone wolf 🐺 won't achieve success, but it sure makes it that much harder when you don't have others around who will be positive and honest with you.  

Surround yourself with people that have built the right habits and rituals, in which align with your perception of success.  

These are the people you can go to and ask questions. They will not judge or laugh you out of the room with your ideas. 

Truly successful people don't spend the time bringing others down.  They are there to help and, even better, they hold you accountable to do what you say you're going to do!

If you haven't found your crew and you know what what your mission is, start by looking up some local groups or events with people who are on that same path or have already been there.  

Then CHALLENGE yourself and go visit. 😱

When you visit, engage in CONVERSATION and LISTEN intently. 

Do not leave that group or event without 2-3 coffee ☕ or phone call ☎️ follow up meetings scheduled.  Then do it again, and again, and again until you have built your network.

GO FIND YOUR PEEPS! 

Use them. Lean into them. Pick their brain.

Your past experiences provide a wealth of knowledge as well. 

What worked?  What didn't?  What can you do differently?

Reflect on the PIVOTAL MOMENTS in your life and Leverage what you learned from those moments.  Leverage your strength that got you through those moments.

And as you become an UNSTOPPABLE knowledge seeker, don't let that new found knowledge go to waste. Take tons of notes and reference back to them. 📝

THEN IMPLEMENT. 👊

Take Action. Don't Hesitate and Make the Decision.

Don't wait for someone or something to make the decision for you. If you're prepared mentally and the opportunity aligns with what you're trying to accomplish, then go for it IMMEDIATELY!

You cannot wait on this stuff. Opportunities are amazing when you see them, but a huge bummer when you miss them. Try not to miss too many.

I do believe that everything happens for a reason, but hesitating on an incredible opportunity could be detrimental. 

Opportunities don't always hang around for long.  Making a wise decision to not go for something because you're not mentally or skillfully prepared enough at the time is one thing, but if you are and you bail because it sounds hard.... OOF! 😬

Go All In. When You Say Yes, Commit!

This is the most important part of taking action.  You MUST give it all you got in order to achieve success or you will find out if you truly need to pivot. 

If you half-ass it or make excuses for it not working, then you're selling yourself short.  

Again, if you've truly defined your purpose, prepared your mind, and a good opportunity that aligns floats your way, amazing things can happen. 

However, only if you put forth max effort and really GO ALL IN. 

You MUST do the things you say you're going to do.  I'm not saying see it through on a sinking ship. 🚢 

WHAT I AM SAYING IS....

When you commit and follow through, you not only reward others with your credibility, but also yourself with confidence.  You become trustworthy.  People like to be around trustworthy people. 

You like Yourself better when you KNOW you can be counted on.  

'Woe is Me' won't get you anywhere. 

When you recognize the positive things out of your efforts, you start building an incredible amount of confidence in yourself.  Confidence brings strength.  It brings likeability. 

IT BRINGS OPPORTUNITY! 

Go All In.  Stack those Wins!
